News:

05-10-2011 Released another version for testing. (version 2.0.0.0) It will be tested and after some changes it will be released as the v2.0.

07-07-2011 Released a version for testing. (version 1.9.6.0) Still some work to do. Want to get rid of the Textures Janvier pack. 200MB is too much for such a pack.

26-06-2011 I am working on the next version of the track. Version 2.0 will be released in a few months.
The track will be a lot different compaired to the 1.50 version. New textures, layout changes and so on.

02-01-2011 The latest version of the Hondsrugring is uploaded. It is the v1.5.0 version.
For download: go to "the track" page.

This will be for a while the last version i will upload. Maybe some bugs will appear in this version which have to be repaired.

Also a beta version of the HZ-Motorsports Facility is in a testing phase. (Version 1.5.0.0)

26-12-2010 After working on the track for 1,5 years, it is better to put this project aside for a while. I want to work on something "new". The early 50's version of the old Assen TT track. This 16.5 km/10.2 mile track will feature new ways to build tracks.
Also some news from the HZ-Motorsports Facility. The v1.03 Full Course track is not downloadable anymore.. The link has broken and i don't know what is going on or what has happened. A new version is on the way to completion. It will be a pack of 6 layouts including the v1.50 version of this Full Course track.

08-12-2010 "Hompe" from "Varjanta.com" gave me a lot of tips to improve the track. The shading will be changed with invisible tree walls. Track surfaces will be changed.

15-10-2010 The Hondsrugring circuit is now subject to improvement. "Hompe" from "Varjanta.com" is working on it.

02-10-2010 The Hondsrugring version 1.0.0.0 and a small update 1.0.1.0 is released on September 27th 2010.

20-09-2010 Only a few things to do and the track can be released. It will be version V1.0.

03-06-2010 Major changes along the whole circuit: New buildings and bridges added (build with Google Sketchup), AIW lines altered, road profiles changed. Length changed a bit: 24.002km became 23.997km (version 0.9.0.0). Thank you for the Bronneger Bridge, Martinez!!

26-03-2010 Finished Buinerveen, major changes in AVEBE-factory section. Rearanged tree parts in Gasselte section. Placed the chicane in 2nd straight at the right spot (version 0.8.9.0).

20-02-2010 Width of the track changes at many places. 8.80 meters becomes 6.50m or 7.00m. (Version 0.8.8.0)

09-11-2009 Rebuild pitstraight. Added street lighting and build an escape road at the end of the Drentsemondenweg straight. (version 0.6.0.5)

24-10-2009 Added different road surfaces. The cobble roads are less bumpy at some places.
Thanks for helping with this Andrew Evans!
In Gasselternijveen, the chicanes are made more difficult. There is a small rise in the road, between two corners. Works at Gasselte and Drouwen are done now. (version 0.5.0.8)

24-10-2009 The track is basicaly ready. Now it is time for detail. Also because there is a lot going on in the BTB community: new ideas, xpacks, Sketch up is submerging.. (version 0.5.0.7)

11-10-2009 Made the chicanes in Gasselternijveen more sharper and deeper, thus making them slower. Also the entrance is slower. (version 0.5.0.0)

09-10-2009 Work at the part between Drouwen and Gasselte is almost complete. I am also working on the long straight: the N379. (version 0.4.0.0)

22-09-2009 Started to work at the part between Drouwen and Gasselte. (version 0.3.5.5)
